In 2024, the Faramine Asia Industrial Mining Group commenced the design and construction of a four-product flotation unit at Shams Sazan Zanjan, integrating Jameson cells and TankCell™ mechanical flotation cells. This project features the latest third-generation design of the Jameson cells, addressing the issues of previous generations. A key improvement is the attachment of the external circulation box to the cell body, enhancing operational stability. High-precision and durable FESTO pneumatic actuators have been used for level control, ensuring long-term reliable performance. These cells also benefit from superior automation and hardware compared to the second generation.

The TankCell™ mechanical flotation cells used in this project were designed and manufactured through a collaboration between the Faramine Asia Industrial Mining Group, Norwegian companies CAPIRO AS and EKSAN AS. This partnership combined collective expertise and cutting-edge knowledge to produce these cells. Critical components not feasible to produce domestically were manufactured in Norway, while other parts were produced in Iran under the supervision of Norwegian experts. This approach reduces the final cost of the cells while maintaining their quality. CAPIRO AS and EKSAN AS are well-established companies with extensive experience in the design, construction, and trading of mechanical flotation cells worldwide.
